Flat Battery?

I keep seeing these in department stores and shops. The idea is that you've gone shopping but your mobile has run out of juice, you choose the right cable for your phone, put it in the draw/box, stuff some Yen in the slot which locks the compartment and hay presto, you shop while your phone charges!
